Configuration Guide

This guide covers the basic configuration of Papa Social Login for your BigCommerce store.

Dashboard Overview

After installation, access the Papa Social Login dashboard to configure your social login providers:

Social Login Providers

Google Login

1. In the Social Providers tab, find Google Login
2. Toggle to ON
3. Click "Save Changes"

Google Login is ready to use immediately with the included configuration.

Facebook Login

1. In the Social Providers tab, find Facebook Login
2. Toggle to ON
3. Click "Save Changes"

Facebook Login is ready to use immediately with the included configuration.

X/Twitter Login

1. In the Social Providers tab, find X/Twitter Login
2. Toggle to ON
3. Configure your X/Twitter OAuth credentials if needed
4. Click "Save Changes"

OTP Email Login

To enable passwordless email login:

1. In the Social Providers tab, find OTP Email Login
2. Toggle to ON
3. Configure your SMTP server settings
4. Click "Save Changes"

Troubleshooting

Login Buttons Not Appearing

1. Check that the script is properly installed
2. Clear browser cache
3. Verify the login provider is enabled

Social Login Not Working

1. Check provider settings are correct
2. Verify OAuth credentials if using custom configuration
3. Check browser console for errors

OTP Emails Not Sending

1. Verify SMTP configuration is correct
2. Check your email provider's SMTP settings
3. Test SMTP connection using the built-in test feature
